TIM Attendant Console², the browser-based attendant console for Cisco UC. No client installation necessary. Set up within minutes, TIM Attendant Console² runs in all modern browsers. Only concurrent attendants need to be licensed (concurrent licensing)! Very advantageous for shift operations. The attendant can set call forwarding for employees and their trunk authorization. In addition, the agent can see the presence status of the employees. Easy management of favorites via the integrated phone book is possible as well as control of the Attendant Console via keyboard, mouse or Braille display. The phone book includes a very fast search function. Call answering is time-controlled with the help of the opening hours circuit. The number of call queues to be managed is not limited.
