Short description
Long description
TIM8 Call Control is a software tool to automatically make call control decisions based on configurable rules via the TIM8 web interface. With TIM8 Call Control it is possible to perform certain actions depending on the telephone number (calling and/or called number). The module also enables an announcement to be played before callers are routed to the extension. This announcement can be made for each TIM group and separately for internal/external calls. Licensing is based on the number of devices per server that use the function.
TIM8 Call Control is a software tool to automatically make call control decisions based on configurable rules via the TIM8 web interface. With TIM8 Call Control it is possible to perform certain actions depending on the phone number (calling and/or called number). External Call Control Profiles (ECCPs) delegate call control decisions from the CUCM to the TIM8 server. Routing rules based on the pattern of the calling and/or called number are applied. Patterns can be specified as regular expressions (regex) that can apply to multiple possible numbers. The available actions for routing rules are block, redirect and continue. CURRI (Cisco Unified Routing Rules Interface) requests sent to the TIM server are logged and can be viewed by TIM administrators via the TIM8 web interface. Routing rules can be switched between active and inactive status without having to be deleted. The module also enables an announcement to be played before callers are routed to the extension. This announcement can be made for each TIM group and separately for internal/external calls. Licensing is based on the number of devices per server that use the function.
