TIM8 Emergency Call Mapping is a highly scalable emergency call solution for locating phones in environments with a central SIP trunk. It allows direct-dial numbers from any location to be replaced with a location-based, geolocatable phone number in the event of an emergency call. Environments using Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Microsoft Teams are supported. Licensing is based on the total number of objects in the Rescue Sites per client (no double counting). Possible devices include all endpoints, including softphones, with a registered IP address.
