TIM8 Emergency Call Mapping is a highly scalable emergency call solution for the localization of telephones in environments with central SIP trunk. It enables extension numbers from any location to be replaced by a location-based, geolocatable number in the event of an emergency call. Environments with Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Microsoft Teams are supported. Licensing is based on the number of all objects in the Rescue Sites per client (no multiple counting). Possible objects are all devices, including soft phones, with registered IP address.
TIM8 Emergency Call Mapping ensures that when using a central SIP trunk, outgoing emergency calls are always routed to the correct and responsible emergency call control center. The legal requirement of call-back capability of the emergency call remains guaranteed. In addition, any number of locations can be set up. An e-mail can be sent to the appropriate control centers (porter, guard, central administration, etc.) to support this. This e-mail contains the exact location of the alarm and helps the emergency services to reach the scene of the accident sooner. Environments with Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Microsoft Teams are supported. Licensing is based on the number of all objects in the Rescue Sites per client (no multiple counting). Possible objects are all end devices, including softphones, with registered IP address.
